We're Hiring: Business Development Manager

We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our growing commercial team at Airship & Toggle. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for converting warm inbound enquiries into new customers across both Airship and Toggle.

Our demand is strong and our reputation in the sector is well established, this is not a cold-calling boiler room. You’ll be speaking to operators who already understand the value of CRM and gifting; your job is to understand their goals, demonstrate impact, and guide them confidently to a signed agreement. You’ll also work closely with our ecosystem of technology partners, marketing agencies, and hospitality professionals who regularly refer business and rely on us to support their operators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads, understanding business needs and challenges
  • Deliver product demos that clearly communicate value and outcomes
  • Manage a healthy pipeline: from first conversation to signed contract
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting within Pipedrive
  • Represent Airship & Toggle with confidence at sector events, partner meet-ups and customer calls
  • Consistently hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Schedule and attend face-to-face strategy meetings to reinforce the value proposition.

About You

You’re curious, confident, and driven to make things happen. You love great conversations, spotting opportunities, and helping operators see the value in technology that genuinely improves their business. You bring energy, organisation, and a commercial mindset to everything you do, and you’re ready to grow in a fast-moving, hospitality-focused team.

  • A strong, confident communicator - written and verbal
  • Highly organised with excellent time and pipeline management
  • Self-starter: proactive, disciplined, and motivated by success
  • Someone who thrives in fast-paced, growing SaaS environments
  • Comfortable learning and explaining new product features.
  • Resilient and target-driven, with a commercial mindset.
  • Previous B2B sales experience is welcome, but we’re open to ambitious early-stage professionals with the right drive
  • Hospitality sector experience or passion is a big advantage

What We Offer

  • £30,000 base salary
  • On-target earnings up to £50,000
