Whether you're planning a one-off promo, rewarding customer milestones, or looking to run something a little more long-term, this guide breaks down each Reward type, how they work, and when to use them — complete with examples to inspire your next campaign.

1. Campaign – One-Time Use Reward
   🎉 Example: Free Aperol if the temperature hits 20 degrees. Offer customers a one-time discount for a limited-time promotion, taking advantage of quick turnaround offers. Perfect for last minute campaign ideas or seasonal campaigns.
2.  Birthday – Annual Birthday Reward
   🎂 Example: Free dessert with the purchase of  a meal Automatically issue a birthday gift to customers every year, such as "free dessert" – a thoughtful way to encourage repeat visits and build loyalty with personalised offers. This is also a great incentive for newsletter sign ups and DOB data. 
3. Recurring – Multi-Use Reward with Restrictions
   ☕ Example: One Free Coffee Every Week for Winter Create a reward that gives customers a recurring benefit, like "one free coffee every week for 3 months." This type of offer is ideal for building customer loyalty and driving footfall in quieter times, with clear restrictions for easy management.
4. Evergreen – Ongoing Reward
   🍴 Example: 20% Off Food for Club Members (this may be PoP segment focused)  Offer a continuous reward that can be redeemed multiple times, such as "20% off food for members." This type of reward can be used to build an ongoing relationship with your most frequent customers and encourage loyalty.
