Happy February, everyone!

Christmas is a distant memory, dry January is done, and the year is well underway. 2025 is packed with opportunities, and here at Airship HQ, we’ve hit the ground running. From major campaign launches to new platform updates, it’s about time we caught you up on everything happening in our world.

💥 Power to the Marketeers!

This month, we officially launched our campaign: #PowerToTheMarketeers—a movement designed to give hospitality marketers the tools, data, and insights they need to win bigger budgets and make bigger impacts.

We kicked things off in style at the Restaurant Marketer & Innovator event in London, where our CEO Dan Brookman took the stage in front of 400+ industry leaders to rally the sector. Hospitality marketing drives revenue fills venues and builds brands. It’s time for marketing to take its rightful seat at the table!

📈January Debrief

January started the year with a bang, as businesses pushed their bounce backs, promos and V Day prep campaigns out into the world.

📩 80.3 million emails sent via Airship in January alone, setting the tone for a huge year ahead.

📊 21.44% average conversion rate across the board.

🚀 New additions to the Airship family

It’s always exciting to welcome new businesses on board. This month, we’re celebrating: Sabai Sabai, The Pilot Boat and Stroud Brewery. Ever So Sensible Restaurants are now also fully set up and ready to drive guest engagement with Airship. We can’t wait to see how they put our platform to work!

🏃 Airship in action!

We’ve been out in force over the last month, attending key industry events and making waves.

Luci and Tess kicked off the year by attending Informants, getting the latest insights from the sector. We took London by storm for RMI, with a full crew including rally leader Dan, alongside Luci, Amy, Holly, Grace, and Rebekah, representing Team Airship and championing #PowerToTheMarketeers.

Big congratulations to Bill’s Restaurants on their Best Digital Engagement win at the 2025 RMI Awards! 🎉

It’s been brilliant to support their journey alongside TheLoyaltyCo., Dot.vu, and Spin, and we’re excited to see what’s next.

🌍 What’s going on in our world?

Beyond marketing and tech, Team Airship has been making moves on the football pitch, too.

Jake and Adam had some particularly standout moments in our latest matches—rumour has it we’ve got some serious talent in the ranks! More games, goals, and office rivalries incoming.

A huge shoutout to our two newest Product Team champions! 🎉 Emma and Georgina have officially moved into the Product Team, bringing their deep expertise from Tech Success and Customer Success to help shape the future of Airship.

We also have to congratulate Stuart and Rebecca for all their work towards our Power To The Marketeers campaign, Stuart for the insights that wowed the crowd on the day and Rebecca for the concept and all the amazing imagery backing it up!
