Dan Brookman and ‘The Hospitality CRM’, Airship, have partnered with Vic Searl and DataHawks, to help hospitality businesses deliver more revenue by leveraging their owned data.🥳

The partnership includes an outsourced managed email marketing service, ‘Campaigns by DataHawks’, which DataHawks will supply to hospitality businesses using the Airship and Toggle platforms.

Vic Searl’s DataHawks launched 3 years ago and centres on owned and first party customer data within businesses. Since starting the business, Vic has seen the scale of opportunity being missed by operators first hand.

The new DataHawks solution will enable operators to pay a fixed monthly fee for a fully managed approach which includes automated journeys and targeted, increasingly personalised campaigns designed to drive frequency and new revenue through email & SMS.📱 

This partnership comes from a joint belief that hospitality businesses need more focus on CRM, as they are leaving behind hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of pounds of untouched revenue, on the table.
