Maximise Your Email Deliverability with Airship’s New Service, Branded Domains

We’ve gone and launched a snazzy new service, and we’re pretty pleased with it.

What is it?

Branded Domains is a new service on Airship which allows you to send and receive marketing emails from your own branded domain. For example, your marketing and transactional emails could be sent from replytous@eml.yourdomain.com

What are the benefits?

Maximise your email deliverability.

Use your own domain for marketing communications while keeping sender reputation segmented from your internal email systems.

How does it work?

To create a Branded Domain we configure your company domain (yourcompany.com) to have a sub-domain (eml.yourcompany.com). All email addresses, tracking systems and hosting is then provided via eml.yourcompany.com.

What if we use multiple brands on our Airship account?

If your account includes units with distinct brands we can enable Branded Domains on your account, but you will need to pick one of your domains to use for all emails in some cases. This will still have a positive impact on your email deliverability so we recommend you pick one domain your company owns. We are working on an upgrade to Branded Domains which will allow you to have multiple Branded Domains on the same account, the new features are due to be released soon.
