We're Hiring: Account Manager

Airship is an established company based in Sheffield. We build SaaS products that serve the best and most exciting brands in UK hospitality spanning every category - from well known high street chains to small independents.

What you'll do

- Manage a portfolio of ‘plus’ and ‘expert’ accounts, ensuring smooth renewals across all clients.

- Build strong, long-term relationships and act as a strategic advisor.

- Run clear, practical training sessions and support product adoption.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive growth.

- Track account performance and lead in-person strategy meetings.

- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver great customer outcomes.

About you

You’re organised, commercially aware, and confident building rapport with clients. You know how to listen, spot opportunities, and follow through. You like to get things done - and done well.

You’ll bring:

- Strong communication and listening skills.

- Confidence in negotiation and influencing.

- A proactive, problem-solving approach.

- Experience in account management, sales, or commercial customer success.

- Experience in hospitality or hospitality technology is a plus.

What we offer

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £28-£35K depending on experience + commission

Job Location: Park Hill, Sheffield (5 mins walk from the train station)

Holidays: 33 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off.

10% time: 10% of your time to learn something new
