We're Hiring: Account Mangement Lead
Do you love building strong client relationships and helping teams deliver great results?
We’re looking for an Account Management Lead to join our Customer Success Team at Airship&Toggle. You’ll manage a small team of Account Managers who nurture our hospitality clients — particularly our Plus and Expert accounts — ensuring smooth renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and driving long-term success.
This is a key role in our business, combining people management, client engagement, and commercial growth. You’ll be both hands-on and strategic — coaching your team while strengthening relationships with our clients and representing Airship/Toggle at meetings and events.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team of Account Managers.
- Manage and support relationships with our Plus and Expert accounts.
- Oversee renewals, upsells, and cross-sells across the client base.
- Attend client meetings and industry events, representing Airship/Toggle.
- Act as a trusted partner, helping clients get the most value from our products, including running training and strategy review sessions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver great outcomes.
- Track account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
About You
You’re a confident, commercially aware leader or senior AM who thrives in a target-driven environment. You’re great with people — both clients and your team — and love helping others succeed.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in account management leadership.
- A strong track record of managing renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive, results-focused approach.
- Confidence in client meetings and at industry events.
- Experience in hospitality or hospitality tech is a strong plus.
What We Offer
- Salary: £45,000 + performance-based commission
- 33 days’ holiday (including bank holidays)
