We're Hiring: Content & Community Manager
Airship and Toggle are two leading hospitality tech platforms used by thousands of pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels, and leisure brands across the UK.
- Airship helps venues understand their guests and drive repeat visits through data-led CRM and marketing automation.
- Toggle powers gifting, experiences, retail and revenue-driving online stores that help operators unlock new revenue streams.

The Role
We’re looking for a creative, organised and sector-savvy Content & Community Manager to join our Marketing Team. This role is split across two core responsibilities:
- Content Creation for Airship and Toggle - telling our story, celebrating our customers, and demonstrating the value our products deliver.
- Community Building - recruiting, onboarding, and championing our network of Professionals (small agencies, freelancers and consultants who support hospitality operators in using our platforms day-to-day).
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes hospitality culture, loves to create high-quality content, and is energised by building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Content
- Plan and deliver a content calendar across LinkedIn, website, email and case studies.
- Create engaging, consistent, on-brand content that showcases real customer stories and product value.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success and Partners to spot stories and amplify wins.
- Produce email newsletters and campaign messaging across Airship and Toggle.
- Support creation of event materials, presentations, one-pagers, and social campaigns.
- Maintain tone-of-voice and brand consistency across platforms.
Community (Professionals Network)
- Identify, approach and onboard suitable Professionals: small agencies, consultants, and freelance marketers who support hospitality operators.
- Create structured playbooks, guides and support materials to help Professionals get the most from Airship and Toggle.
- Activate the community with updates, workshops, showcases, meetups and content spotlights.
- Be the central connector between Professionals and the wider Airship/Toggle teams.
- Track and report on community engagement and contribution to revenue/activation.

- A steady drumbeat of high-quality, engaging content that our audience sees, shares and talks about.
- A growing, active community of Professionals who confidently support operators and advocate for our platforms.
- Increased customer activation, product adoption and campaign success stories.
- Improved awareness and reputation of Airship and Toggle in the sector.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Strong writing and storytelling ability - you can turn product and customer outcomes into compelling content.
- Comfortable running social, email and website content campaigns.
- Confident speaking to agencies, operators and partners.
- Organised, proactive and good at moving multiple things forward.
- Passion for hospitality - you get the culture, the pace, and the people.
Desirable
- Experience in SaaS, hospitality tech, digital marketing, CRM or gifting platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva
- Experience building or engaging with communities or partner networks.
- Fantastic communication skills
