We're Hiring: Customer Support Executive

We’re looking for a Support Executive to join our Customer Success Team at Airship/Toggle. You’ll be the first point of contact for our hospitality clients, providing fast, friendly, and effective support via Intercom. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers get the most from our products - and that every interaction leaves them feeling supported and confident.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to incoming customer queries via Intercom with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when needed.
  • Manage multiple conversations and priorities while staying calm and organised.
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Account Management teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of client interactions.
  • Spot recurring issues or trends and share insights to help improve processes and products.

About You

You’re organised, friendly, and confident communicating with clients. You know how to listen, stay calm under pressure, and find solutions quickly. You enjoy helping people and take pride in providing excellent service.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technically capable, with the ability to quickly learn and understand new systems and products.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and problem-solving.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
  • Experience using Intercom or similar tools (desirable, but not essential).
  • Previous experience in customer support or hospitality is a plus.
