We're hiring: Junior Customer Success Executive

What will you be doing?

As a Junior Customer Success Executive you will be supporting both our team and our customers to utilise our products. You will be a doer within the team, helping our customers create their accounts, set up automated email journeys and ensuring they get the most value from our products.

This role offers the perfect opportunity to kickstart your career in customer success while learning the ropes in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

  • You will be supporting our team to deliver the best results for our customers/
  • You will be creating marketing emails for our customers (based on information provided). 
  • You will be supporting our customers to get the most out of our products, this will include onboarding them & helping with their questions on a day to day basis. 
  • You will be learning the world of Hospitality marketing and using this to provide a greater level of support to our customers. 

Skills & Experience

You will be expected to have:

  • An eagerness to learn
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • A passion for talking to customers all day, every day
  • Great attention to detail and a passion for accomplishing tasks to the best of your ability. 
  • A passion to help our customers succeed
  • The ability to manage workload and work to deadlines
  • A keen eye for detail and design within marketing materials
  • A creative mindset

Beneficial, but not essential:

  • Experience with CRM and Email Marketing
  • Experience within the Hospitality industry
  • Experience within a SaaS company

Salary & Benefits

Salary - £23,000

Job Type: Full-time based in our Sheffield office

Job Location: Sheffield City Centre (5 mins walk from the train station) 

Holidays: 25 days holiday + bank holidays

10% time: 10% of your time to learn something new
