How much support comes with each package
The platform stays the same. Here's what changes.
How pricing works
How is my price calculated?
You pay a flat monthly rate for each location, and that rate falls as your estate grows. For example, a 12-location group on Grow pays £215 per location, which is £2,580 a month.
Do I pay more as my database grows?
No. Contacts and email sends are unlimited on every package, so growing your guest list never increases your bill.
How does SMS work?
You pay per message sent. The rate depends on your package: 5.5p on Capture, 4.5p on Grow and 3.5p on Scale.
What does onboarding involve?
Onboarding is a one-off fee based on your package, the number of locations and how your account is set up. You can spread it over 12 months. Onboarding windows open every other Monday, and Grow and Scale customers get dedicated Hypercare once they're live.
