Say Hello to Email Templates

We’ve heard you. In hospitality marketing, it’s the little things that make the biggest difference, and we’re here for all of them.

That’s why we’ve launched a brand new feature in Airship: Email Templates. It’s designed to give you more control, more consistency, and more speed when it comes to creating campaigns that look and feel like you across every site, every brand, and every inbox.

What’s new?

We’ve overhauled how you create and manage email content, introducing a dedicated Templates Library that lives right inside your dashboard. Here’s what it gives you:

✅ Unlimited branded templates – created from scratch or converted from existing emails
✅ Lockable blocks – keep headers, footers, colours, fonts, and structures consistent
✅ Permission-based editing – give your team access to the tools they need, and nothing they don’t
✅ Streamlined dashboard – separating templates from saved emails, making everything easier to find
✅ Create faster – with drag-and-drop layouts and designer-built templates

This isn’t just a visual refresh – it’s a smarter, more scalable way to build branded campaigns without compromise.

How do you create an Email Template?

You’ve got two options:

1. Use an existing email:
   Head to Emails > Saved emails, open the one you want to use, click the three dots in the top-right corner, and hit “Save as template”.
   
   
2. Build a template from scratch:
   Head to Emails > Build an email > Build a new template. From there, you’ll see our new template builder with editable blocks, layout options, and styling tools.

🔒 Lock in your brand

The new template builder lets you lock specific blocks, so only certain sections can be edited. This helps you:

• Protect your headers and footers
• Maintain consistent font and colour use
• Stop layout changes that don’t reflect your brand

You’re in full control – but with flexibility where it matters most.

We know that even the smallest improvements can make the biggest difference when you're creating emails week in, week out. Email Templates is our way of giving you speed and control, while protecting the consistency of your brand across every email.

And don’t worry — your saved emails are all still there, safe and sound under “Emails > Saved emails.”
