Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, commercially sharp Enterprise Business Development Manager to help accelerate our next stage of growth.
This is a more senior sales role focused on winning larger, more strategic opportunities across:
- Enterprise Toggle prospects
- Multi-site and group operators
- Foodie Favourites Card growth
- Strategic outbound opportunities
- High-value inbound enterprise leads
This is not a purely inbound role.
You’ll be expected to identify, engage, nurture, and close larger opportunities, while also confidently converting warm leads generated through marketing, partnerships, and referrals.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership and play a direct role in expanding our presence in larger hospitality groups, helping shape how we position Toggle and associated commercial products at scale.
We’re looking for someone with experience, resilience, and the ability to open doors as confidently as they close them.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales Growth
- Identify, prospect, and win larger hospitality operators and group-level opportunities
- Build and manage a pipeline of strategic outbound opportunities
- Convert enterprise inbound enquiries into high-value customers
- Lead complex sales conversations across multiple stakeholders
- Build commercial proposals and negotiate effectively
Toggle & Foodie Favourites Focus
- Drive growth of Toggle across enterprise and strategic prospects
- Champion Foodie Favourites Card adoption across both existing and new operators
- Understand customer commercial goals and align solutions accordingly
- Position broader gifting, stored value, and revenue opportunities confidently
Strategic Commercial Development
- Work alongside Head of Sales on larger strategic deals
- Represent Airship & Toggle at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Develop strong sector relationships that generate future pipeline
- Provide market insight into trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
CRM & Performance
- Maintain excellent pipeline hygiene and forecasting in Pipedrive
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly / quarterly revenue targets
- Track outreach, deal progression, and commercial performance
Skills and Experience
Essential
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles
- Proven ability to win or contribute to larger B2B deals
- Hospitality, SaaS, or hospitality tech experience
- Strong outbound and inbound sales capability
- Confident communicator across all levels, from site operators to senior stakeholders
- Highly resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Commercially strategic and opportunity-focused
- Excellent organisation and pipeline management
Desirable
- Experience with enterprise hospitality operators
- Knowledge of gifting, payments, CRM, or guest engagement platforms
- Existing hospitality network
- Experience with consultative or solution-led sales

- £40,000 base salary - OTE £60k
